I was scrolling through pinterest last night (okay, more like the wee hours of the morning) and came across this wonderful pin about the 2 day rule!
I thought about it and I really like this rule. It is simple and straight to the point. For me, I'm still in the early days of my exercise routine and am still trying to make working out become a habit. I find as soon as I miss even just one day, my routine goes out of whack. My knack for coming up with excuses kicks back in and I miss another day. And another. And another. Well, you get the point. This is what happened last week.
So from now on I am going to follow this rule! How about you?
