Get out of your comfort zone
I absolutely love this quote, it just speaks to me! I too often avoid doing anything that makes me feel uncomfortable - aka pretty much everything thanks to my anxiety. However, the very few times I have done something outside my comfort zone, it has paid off. Not only do I feel amazing and accomplished, but usually something great has happened. To be honest, just the feeling I get from doing something that scares me is totally worth doing it!
So I challenge you to do something that is outside of your comfort zone this week! Whether it be talking to a complete stranger or skydiving (may not be the most realistic haha) just go for it. Trust me, it will be worth it :) --- Make sure you leave a comment sharing what you did below!

Oh the "wonderful" life of the rich... and rich
So as per usual I am putting off what I actually need to be doing, procrastination central. I have just come across the reality TV show - Rich Kids in Beverly Hills. Like, totes OMG! Haha but seriously, omg!
It is so outrageously ridiculous yet I can not stop watching! Honest. I have gone through the WHOLE season (9 episodes) in just 24 hours - and totally not ashamed!

Where have I been?
I don't even know!
I am trying to think of reasons as to why I haven't posted in like over 3 months but I am coming up blank. There are no reasons - just pure laziness and procrastination.
I mean, sure, I have been studying and working but I haven't been so insanely busy that I haven't had time to sit down at the computer and type. If I am being completely honest, I spend maybe 89% of my time on my laptop.
So basically, I have no excuse!
I am now on holidays for the next 5 weeks - yay! *happy dance*. I plan to just write, write, write til my fingers bleed and I can't write no more.
Okay, slight exaggeration, but I do plan to write a bunch, get excited! haha

The 2 Day Rule
I was scrolling through pinterest last night (okay, more like the wee hours of the morning) and came across this wonderful pin about the 2 day rule!

My Happiness Project.... Failure
I have come to the conclusion that I am not ready for My Happiness Project this year. I am not going to look at it for a failure of mine but rather just hitting pause. Hopefully I will be ready to do it next year.
This year I will truly focus on healing and personal growth. But I need to keep it simple, really really simple.
So here are my revised goals for 2014:
1. Do something active for 30 minutes everyday
2. Eat primarily fresh fruit and veg
3. Wake up at 5:30am and Sleep at 10:30pm every day
4. Spend 1 hour every day for personal growth
5. Get rid of things unused for at least a year
(make up, shoes, clothes, accessories, books, jewellery ... everything)
Depending how I go, I may add a few more goals but at the moment I am really happy with them.
This MY year! Yeah!

Dolce & Gabbana Rose the One
Dolce & Gabbana: Rose the One is definitely my more sophisticated perfume. The scent is also much stronger than the other perfumes I own. The essence of this scent is soft, rosy and floral, that evokes precious and delicate sensuality (how good does that sound?)
It has strong notes of musk, along with subtle notes of pink grapefruit, mandarin, peach, rose, geranium, plum and vanilla. At least, that's what the websites description of the perfume tells me.
I don't know if I can smell all of those scents but I can say I like the way this perfume settles on my skin. I found the lasting power to be lovely. At first it is quite strong and heavy, but settles to be quite subtle.
This is definitely my most mature perfume. I like to wear it when I am in the mood for something stronger, a little sexier.
If I am feeling a bit ugly, fat… whatever, just having one of those days, this is the perfume I tend to wear.
